About Avery 5160 label sheets

Avery 5160 is the most common US Letter label format for small product labels: 2.625″ × 1″, 30 labels per page, three columns by ten rows. FBA sellers, Etsy shops, and retail startups often stock 5160-compatible sheets because they are widely available at office stores and online.

QuickCode ships a preset layout matched to 5160 geometry so you can go from CSV to PDF without measuring margins in Word or Google Docs.

5160 barcode label workflow

  1. Export your product list as CSV with barcode and label text columns.
  2. Upload on QuickCode and map fields.
  3. Select the Avery 5160 template on the configure step.
  4. Preview all 30 positions on page 1 before printing a full stack.
  5. Print on 5160 (or compatible 5160/5260) media at actual size.

What fits on a 5160 label

At 2.625″ wide, a standard UPC-A symbol plus 1–2 lines of text (name, SKU) fits comfortably. Keep product titles concise — long strings truncate in preview so you can adjust before printing. Code 128 and EAN-13 also render at sizes tested for handheld scanner reads.

5160 vs other templates

Need a larger shipping label? Try Avery 5163 on our templates page. Need narrow FBA-style 2×1 labels? That preset is included too. For general label setup, see the barcode label generator overview or UPC-specific bulk generation.
